LINC Leader

This is Dankan Oluoch Randa 45years old and comes from Kisumu Kenya.I have a vision to transform the unemployed youths who are educated and lack jobs in my area of duty My vision is Fear of God, Quality Education and fulfilled life I will bring transformation in my area of duty by conducting an interview for the educated youths As a pastor I will sacrifice to offer snacks for them Secondly I will consult professionals to come and do a talk with my above clients exploring all available opportunity at their disposal to ensure the educated youths are financially empowered Some of the youths would be required to do proposals Using my skills there I will offer technical expertise to their favour Next I will liase with Emit financiers or sponsors to assist where possible All the group leaders in my groups will be encouraged to build teams of ten to transform other communities In a nutshell effective prayers will accompany every step of my action
