My name is Clement Kaitano. I am a Resident Pastor at Mitundu Revival Life Church. Am 47 years old. I am married to one wife, my beloved Nellie. We have eight children, three are our Biological children and the other five by way of adoption. I lead a congregation of three hundred people including children. The Church is in the Rural area. MY PERSONAL VISION 1 To reach out to people in the villages through teaching and preaching the word of God, so that the community might know Christ and leave and lead in a Christian way. 2 Would like to see people in the village transformed both spiritual and financially. Because a people who are financially equipped can have an impact in their villages in terms of social status and have influence. 3 Would like to see people being active in Agriculture Industry and have an impact in their communities economically. GOALS 1. To enable people especially in the rural areas to be able to know and write business plans 2. To see to it that the communities are producing and selling their products to good markets 3. To see to it that through these impacted communities the Church is transformed as well. Where upon their will be self reliance among the people themselves and confidence to do any development at the Church as well as in their communities. 4. To see to it that the poor have become better and poverty is aleviated and people are leading better lives. MY PASSION 1. To see to it that women and girls are able to write and read. That will help them to write their business activities as well as reading the Bible. 2. To see the Church taking a leading role in development. In this way the Church can teach the community in terms of farming activities which they can do it together of which the outcome can help raise money for other developmental goals in their areas such as bridges etc.
