My name is Pastor Rwisai Tshuma and I am into Construction and Construction Management. I am a married husband of one wife and five Children. I am partionate about the jobless youths who have completed high school and are unable to persue carriers for one reason or the other. As a result of being idle they end up in alcohol and substance abuse. My vision is to transform the youths through coming together with other trades men in Construction to source work in and around the community and help them raise funds while imparting knowledge and skill in the various trades.
