Hi, there 👋 my name is Pastor Simon Dzoro. I am a Pastor and Engineer and I was ordained in 2017 and am an overseer over 4 assemblies in the Southern Region. I am a husband of one wife and we were blessed with two maverick sons. Community Need: I have a privilege to have been educated in Business Management and Project Management these two qualifications have given me an edge in the community. Most of the churches in our community and areas that I oversee are not good in managing their church operations, programs, building projects, procurement, activities and conferences which results in these churches losing significant monetary, time and other resources in an endeavor to achieve their goals. Vision: To provide the churches in my community with business and project management skills and knowledge to run church operations and projects. Under a 5-Day Training Program coined Church Manager. Covering the following issues; 1. Finance and Operations Management (FOM) 2. Service & Visitor Management (SVM) 3. Church Projects and Procurement (CPP) 4. Church Management Meetings (CMM) and 5. Conferences and Programs Management (CPM)
