My name is Edith Ng'oma, married to Pst Dr Alex Ng'oma and a mother of 3 wonderful children, one boy and two girls. I joined Emit Women in April 2015, at the Taj Pamodzi Hotel. My personal leadership vision is to see as many African leaders as possible be empowered with knowledge and skills in managing the people they are serving. I have a passion for children and ensuring that children are stimulated and meet their developmental milestones so that they become responsible leaders.

    As Education Program Manager, responsibilities include providing oversight on all Education funded grants and provide technical support to ChildFund staff, Local Partners, Line Ministries and other partners contributing to the achievement of the organization’s goal; and communities in the appraisal, planning, design, implementation, management, monitoring and evaluation of ChildFund supported education programs. This will ensure that all education related programs conform to the CSP guidelines and outcomes.
